- Chili powder
- Turmeric powder
- Fish steaks
- Black pepper powder

Procedure
- Clean the Fish steaks with water twice or thrice.
- Take a wide mixing bowl add chili powder, turmeric powder, black pepper and salt
- And make a paste by adding water.
- Mix well the fish steaks into the paste. Let it for 5 min.
